so we got on the plane alright in the end. i'm still not convinced we got everything done, but thats ok. we survived the flight to singapore but it already feels like we've been travelling for days, so we arent looking forward to the next thirteen hours!
changi is nice. lots of shopping. shopping....... and food. fooooooooooooood...
off to eat some food... lucky we found this free internet station otherwise we'd be to stingy to pay $1 to write to you all.

Hey Guys :) hope the next 13 hr flight goes quickly!.... at least you got a stop over.... back in the old days from england i had to do an 18hr one or something. Shopping sounds good. stop stressin jess im sure you got everything done, and watch out for that evil clown hiding in the aeroplane toilet

Yay, for take off! We both hope you have an awesome start to your trip, and don't stress to much... from senior backpacker position of 6 weeks we can tell you your best laid plans will come undone, but they will undo to better more exciting adventures then you could ever have planned yourself... when in doubt sit down and have a beer.
Cant wait to read about your adventures....

I'm back at work after a week in Melbourne. Had a great time catching up with all my friends and also visiting Brilliant & VM.
Only 2 more days until you Jess are an Auntie and me and Cheryl are great Aunties. Live goes on here, nothing too exciting to report, oh, just remembered (Cheryl reminded me) John fell off the ladder yesterday and Blair tried to save him from hitting his head on the trolley, but ended up with John and the ladder hitting HER on the head. Ouch Ouch Bit of a worry but once we new they were alright, we had a good laugh!!!
Brett and Bob are too slack to write their own blog, but Brett wanted to say that we've had a block of chocolate for a WHOLE WEEK and it's not finished. (Aaarrree WHAT!!!!) Carlos has just arrived and says Hello!!!
Bob is missing you and wondering each day where you are now. He can't be disturbed to make too many comments otherwise I might have to do some packing (ha ha).
Guess what John bought the CD by that girl (Gabriela) who sings Sweet About Me, HE LOVES IT (GO FIGURE).
